1. Service description

UniversoUSB is a company dedicated to the sale and customization of tech promotional products for the corporate sector (B2B). We do not offer retail or direct-to-consumer sales.

Our services include the sale, customization (screen printing, laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation), and delivery of products such as USB drives, power banks, headphones, pens, phone accessories, and other tech promotional items.

2. Quotes

Quotes issued by UniversoUSB are subject to the following conditions:

  • They are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
  • Prices are subject to product availability and the exchange rate at the time of invoicing
  • Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and customization technique
  • A quote does not constitute a commitment to sell until formal order confirmation

3. Orders and confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when:

  • The client approves the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp)
  • The client approves the digital design mockups
  • The agreed initial deposit is received (if applicable)

All orders are subject to availability. In case of stock shortage, we will offer equivalent alternatives or a refund of the deposit.

4. Customization and design

Before production begins, we send digital mockups for client approval. It is the client's responsibility to verify:

  • Correct spelling and text content
  • Colors and logo placement
  • Quantity and product model

Once the mockup is approved, UniversoUSB is not responsible for errors in the client-approved design.

5. Delivery times

  • Made to order: as a general benchmark, about 3–4 weeks from mockup approval, due to sourcing and customization outside Venezuela (we do not manufacture these products in-country)
  • In-stock items: typically 1 week or less from mockup approval

Exact timelines are confirmed in each quote and are estimates; they may vary by product, season, volume, and availability.

6. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods are indicated in each quote
  • For orders with customization, a minimum 50% deposit is required to start production
  • The remaining balance must be paid before order delivery

7. Warranty

UniversoUSB guarantees that delivered products meet the specifications agreed upon in the approved quote and mockup. In case of manufacturing defects or customization errors attributable to UniversoUSB:

  • The client must report the defect within 5 business days of receiving the order
  • We will proceed with replacement or correction at no additional cost

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or post-delivery handling.

8. Intellectual property

The client declares that they own the rights to the logos, images, and brands submitted for customization. UniversoUSB is not responsible for the client's unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

Designs, photographs, and website content of UniversoUSB are company property and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

9. Limitation of liability

UniversoUSB shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, transportation issues, material shortages, etc.).

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Caracas.
